Oh my goodness! I’m glad I’m not the only one… I had switched over to the gel for the added benefit of the butter oil right before I found out I was pregnant… and taking it has been utter misery. I’m ALMOST done with my bottle though so can officially switch back to the liquid! Wahoo!
As for the cyst, I used a natural progesterone oil topically over the area where the cyst was and also “tried” to limit my sugar consumption (though failed at times). Above all though, I had a team of people praying for me – and I believe that’s what worked!
